| Description: |
We are looking for two chef de parties and a pastry chef for a busy 4 star country houes hotel to the south of Edinburgh in Lothian.
Nice location and would suit chefs with AA Rosette experience. We use all fresh local produce and the food is a mix of classic French and Modern Scottish cuisine.
Paid monthly with tips.
Own room with shared facilties for the accommodation.
Part of growing company so scope for promotion.
