Job description:

The Grange Manor Hotel, located on the outskirts of Grangemouth, only a 30 minute commute from Edinburgh and Glasgow and 15 minutes from Stirling, is looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and efficient Restaurant Manager for Cooks Bar & Kitchen.

The ideal candidate should have the passion, attitude and personality to deliver a first class service to all our guests.You will have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation and have the ability to influence and inspire the team to move the business forward

You will be required to:

·Be responsible for daily operations of the restaurant from breakfast through to evening service

·Host the restaurant and build rapport and recognition with guests

- Promote the restaurant through effective sales & marketing

·Be team orientated and have a hands on approach to management

·Actively lead and develop your team

- Undertake Duty Management responsibilities

Experience in a similar role is essential
