Job description:

Knockderry House is currently looking for an experienced hotel supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in managing the food and beverage operation.

As winners of Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year, for Argyll and Bute, we strive to offer excellence in our of food and beverage service. You must be committed to working at the highest level of service and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role with at least a year in a 4 star / 2 rosette property at a supervisory level. You must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organize and plan ahead. You must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment. Applicants should be of the highest professional calibre, able to organise and motivate staff, and not afraid of hard work.

As a small family run business we offer a warm and welcoming working environment and can provide subsidised live in accommodation in our staff houses. Applicants must have a good level of English both spoken and understanding and any applications should be in English please.
