Job description:

The Queens Hotel is a well known privately owned 46 bedroom 4 star hotel situated in Oban.

Hotel receptionist required. We are seeking a customer focused, warm individual who MUST HAVE HOTEL RECEPTION experience.

As part of the Best Western group we are striving to deliver the very highest levels of customer care available. In order to do so our reception team members must be genuinely caring individuals willing to put our guests first at all times.

Superb English and communicational skills are required, you must also be numerate and computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.

An ability to be calm under pressure and excellent attention to detail is essential. To succeed in your application you will require proven hotel reception experience as you will be expected to be suitably experienced to be able work alone.

The hotel is stunningly located on the seafront in an area offering the best of both worlds – rural tranquillity and a lovely small town with some soul and atmosphere!

This is a full-time and permanent position.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
