Salary:£7.75 - £8.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience paid monthly with shared tips

Hours:flexible
Days:5 out of 7 days - mixed shifts - but less if part time.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:30 bedrooms, 6 apartments, 2 town houses.
Covers:Lunch: 10 - 40; Dinner: 20 - 60; Breakfast: to 50; Functions: to 120
Food type:Bistro style 1 Rosette Restaurant aiming for 2 AA Rosettes - Functions to high standard - fresh local produce
Full-time chefs:
Accommodation:shared apartment with garden - cost £65 per week
Job description:

Mackays Hotel, which has 3 stars and delivers 4 star quality, has an A A Rosette serving Fresh Modern Scottish bistro and is situated in Wick, 2 hours from Inverness.

We have opportunities for smart, friendly and professional individuals to join our Restaurant team to look after our guests.

The jobs can be full-time or part-time and are permanent however if you're looking for summer, or 6 - 12 months work and have the experience we are looking for then please apply.

We are interested to hear from candidates who have previous experience within the hotel sector with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a food and beverage department. We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering great customer service, a good level of spoken English, you will be computer literate and be legally eligible to work in the UK.

The role involves shift work and weekend work and flexibility is essential.
