You must have a track and proven record of delivery a high level of customer service. A good sound knowledge of the industry and how to deliver is a must. You should be motivated and outgoing who can demonstrate a drive and ambition to succeed in a busy environment. Able to motivate and lead the team from the front and show the skills that will mould the team around them. Reporting to the line manager you will work closely to take the service to a higher level. Supervising in the Food and Beverage Managers absence. An opportunity to build a reputation within this company.
