| Job description: | Mackays Hotel is a 30 bedroom hotel 3 star family run hotel in Wick. 90 miles from Inverness Airport. Mackays Hotel has an opportunity for a Duty Manager. Join a business that is passionate about service and high standards. You should be organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong experience in food and beverage operations is desirable as well as a good knowledge of front office, sales and reservations. You will be a smart, friendly and professional individual, able to work independently, with strong communication and organisational skills and will be able to deliver the exceptional levels of guest service on which the hotel has based its reputation for many years. Excellent salary awaits the right person and will be dependent on experience. 1 year hotel management and a clean driving license is required. |
