Job description:

The award-winning Boathouse Restaurant is family owned and situated on the beautiful island of Gigha, just off the West coast of Scotland

Gigha is one of the most beautiful of the Hebridean Islands and is approximately 2.5 hours from Glasgow and a short 20 min ferry crossing to which you are greeted by stunning beaches, the most crystal clear blue waters and most stunning scenery.

We are looking for 2 front of house staff members to join our team starting from the middle of March to work until the end of September working in a busy but friendly, close knit team. We are looking for cheery and friendly individuals who have some experience of a fast paced hospitality environment

Good training will be provided for the right candidates who are willing to learn and work hard.

We use lots of good local produce and we are a well established business with a good reputation for food in the area.

This is a rural but lovely place to spend the summer season.

The Mishnish is one of the few iconic bars left in Scotland and is known all over the world by visitors to the island, sailors, musicians and rally drivers. Recently refurbished, the bar maintains a cosy, friendly atmosphere and remains traditional with a collection of old memorabilia from shipwrecks and the town itself.

The hotel offers 12 newly refurbished bedrooms with en-suite facilities and several rooms overlooking the harbour. Our Mishnish restaurant offers locally sourced seafood, alongside other sumptuous dishes, whilst our Italian restaurant, situated on the first floor and open throughout the summer, offers delicious pizza, pastas and nibbles.

We are looking to recruit experienced disciplined Front of House Bar and Restaurant Staff for our busy establishment.
Must have experience of how to work a tidy and well organised bar/restaurant, a friendly and helpful approach and a good command of the English language.

Couple required for summer season or full time contract for bar and restaurant in Tobermory, Isle of Mull.

Accommodation provided.

Must have good all round bar/FOH experience.

Fortingall Hotel is a privately owned 4 Star Hotel situated 8 miles from Aberfeldy in the heart of Perthshire.

We are looking for a general assistant/ supervisor to join our friendly team.

We would be looking for you to complete general front of house duties, bar and restaurant work, dealing with customers, checking guests in and out and cash handling.

The ideal candidate should have the passion, attitude and personality to deliver a first class service to all our guests.

You will be working alongside 4 current front of house staff.

You will be focused, friendly individual who ideally will have previous management experience.

We need someone who can work well as part of a team and be a great support for the owners. You will assist with training and general running of this small family run hotel.

You will have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation and have the ability to influence and inspire the team to move the business forward

You must be committed to working at the highest level of service and attention to detail.

A countryside location with lots of walking, fishing and shooting for you to enjoy on your days off.

This is a seasonal position available until the middle of November with a view to becoming permanent.

Job description:

The Kames Hotel is a 10 bedroom hotel situated in Tighnabruaich in the West Coast of Scotland.

We are looking for a general assistant to join our small and friendly team.

Duties will include housekeeping, working front of house, bar and helping in the kitchen when busy also.

You must be a team player and flexible to work in different areas of the hotel depending on what is required.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role but training will be provided.

This is a seasonal position and it is available from the beginning of March until the end of October for the right candidate.
