Job description:

The Anchorage Bistro is under new management and will be reopening mid April for the summer season ahead. Historically the Anchorage has had an enviable reputation for fresh local produce and we are looking for someone to take this to the next level and to make a name for them selves in the beautiful harbour village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne.

The bistro can host 22 covers at one time and will be open for lunch and dinner service. Tarbert hosts many events through the summer months and has a bustling tourist and local trade.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic chef who not only will take over the running of the kitchen but will be in charge of pushing the business in the right direction and working closely with the owners.
