| Job description: | Rafters bar and restaurant is located on Castle Sween holiday park, a quality, friendly location on the beautiful west coast of Argyll. We are looking for a chef to take over the lease of the kitchen, this may very well suit a couple. You will look after all aspects of running the kitchen and bar including staff, stock purchases and all costs such as electricity and gas. Situated in Achnamara, Lochgilphead, this is a seasonal position working in a small and friendly team. Accommodation is available at no charge in a good quality modern static caravan. The lease is available now for the right person, you will pay for stock. There is a good turnover and this is a seasonal business through until the end of October. |
