Job description:

Cawdor Tavern is a busy restaurant situated in Nairn, 14 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for someone who can manage the day to day running of a kitchen including health and safety and hygiene, menu planning, ordering, stock control and rotas.

We use all fresh produce and have a friendly team in place.

Situated in the conservation village of Cawdor next to the Castle, lovely place to work and relax in the country.

This position is available now for the right candidate and is a permanent all year round position.
