| Job description: | The Queenshead Hotel is a privately owned and run hotel situated in a beautiful Borders town in Kelso. We are looking for a hands on head chef to join our team. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen. Rotas, ordering, stock control, training, menu planning and health & hygiene. There is lots to do on days off and Edinburgh is just over an hours drive away. We provide our chefs with a good work life balance. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
