Job description: | I am recruiting for a 30 bedroom hotel located in Biggar, 33 miles from Edinburgh and 47 miles from Glasgow. I would be looking for an experienced head chef to join a small and friendly team. As head chef you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health and safety and hygiene, stock control and ordering. You will be required to create your own menu. Great opportunity to work in a beautiful location. They are looking to have a full team of 3, at the moment they have 2. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
