Job description: | The Canalside is a small 70-seater restaurant in Falkirk that is looking for a head chef to maintain our current offering and manage our team within the business. Alchemy Inns has a few internal managed sites that require and entrepreneur type approach. You will work alongside the Operations manager and directors of the business to maintain and grow when needed. Great remuneration and growth potential. As head chef you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health, safety and hygiene, stock control, ordering and rotas. Very central location situated around 25 miles from both Glasgow and Edinburgh. Could also bring a team with you.
