Salary:£100 per day paid weekly plus tips

Hours:50 per week - overtime after 48 hours and paid for any extra days worked
Days:5 days out of 7 - straight shifts

Job description:

Chefs In Scotland is recruiting a chef for the rest of season for a busy 9 bedroom hotel situated in Fort Augustus just next to Lochness. The owners have had the business for 3 years and have recently refurbished.

Lots of scope for input into menus, busy place with good reputation for everything being made freshly, currently nice simple menus with fish and chips, mac and cheese and lots of burgers.

Everything is made fresh on the premises and the hotel has a very good reputation in the village. Working with a good team and hands-on owner.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen including health and safety and hygiene, stock control and ordering.

This position is available now for the right candidate until the end of October and potentially permanent for the right person.
