Job description: | Situated south of Glasgow city in 37 acres of unspoiled countryside, Macdonald Crutherland House was originally built in 1705 as a manor for Lady Dowager of Torrance Castle, and now offers an exciting mix of stylish contemporary accommodation within a historic setting. We are looking for a competent head chef to join our team and help us to develop. We have a lot of banqueting and would look for someone who has previous experience with large numbers. The main objective is to recruit, drive and develop a strong kitchen team to produce a high quality product and maximise profit while also ensuring team compliancy with all food safety requirements. We are looking for a candidate to come in and rebuild our kitchen. We do have 3AAR for our food and would be looking for you to have at least previous 2AAR experience. Our aim is to offer a better work life balance and we are looking to implement a 4 day on and 3 day off system. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
