Days:5 days straight shifts - 11am to finish
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:no rooms - seats 28 can do to 100 covers a day
Food type:Home made Angus Burgers and sides
Full-time chefs:2 chefs
Accommodation:live out city centre of Aberdeen
Job description:

Head Chef required for city centre burger bar which focuses on a burger and beer offering.

The ideal candidate will have in excess of 5 years’ experience in a similar type of operation and will be extremely customer focused. A passion for achieving high standards in a fast-paced environment is essential. Commercial knowledge will be an advantage but not a necessity as full training in this area can be provided.
