Job description:

The Newton Hotel is just 1 mile from Nairn train station.

We are looking for a head chef to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Including all aspects of running a busy kitchen including cooking, ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning and all aspects of health and hygiene.

Nairn is a popular town situated 16 miles to the east of Inverness and has excellent amenities such as schools, golfing, fishing and is a great place to live and work.

We are paying a good package for a good candidate.

Cooking Traditional Scottish Food with a twist, and daily specials board with emphasis on fresh seafood.
