Salary:Up to £30,000 per annum paid monthly with tips Bonus scheme will be put in place after 3 month probationary period

Hours:45 - 55 per week
Days:5 days from 7 - shifts for you to organise
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:4 rooms which are being refurbished
Covers:Lunch: 30 - 100; Dinner: 30 - 100; Breakfast: looking to develop; Functions: up to 40
Food type:Fresh Scottish Gastro pub
Full-time chefs:5/6 + kitchen porters
Accommodation:Ideally live-out but would provide short term if you were relocating
Job description:

I am recruiting for a busy restaurant with rooms situated in the spa town of Bridge of Allan just 2 miles from Stirling.

A very central location, just 30 minutes from Glasgow and Perth and 45 minutes from Edinburgh

Looking for a head chef who will be hands on in the kitchen and who is capable of managing a brigade of chefs and running a busy kitchen.

The group has 15 venues in total and is looking to expand this is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the fasted growing companies in the UK.

You will take control of the kitchen ordering, stock control, menu planning, rotas, training junior members and making sure all health & hygiene regulations are adhered to.
