Salary:£29,000 per annum paid monthly plus tips. Overtime after 48 hours paid on a pro-rata basis. There will be a bonus scheme based on food sales which will be payable on a monthly basis. Yearly bonus also available.

Job description:

We are looking for a head chef for a 10 bedroom Inn located in County Durham.

You will have a free-hand to develop the business and the menu is flexible.

As head chef you will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including stock control, rotas and kitchen cleanliness.

This is a nice village to live and work and we use lots of local produce.
