Days:5 days from 7 - mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: to 30; Dinner: to 80; Breakfast: to 20; Functions: very occasional
Food type:Traditional with modern twist - Quality Scottish produce freshly prepared
Full-time chefs:3 - 4 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:accommodation available - part of package
Job description:

I am looking for a head chef for a three star hotel situated in the beautiful village of Killin, 1 hour from Perth.

You will be very hands on and manage the kitchen on a day to day basis this will include ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning and all health & hygiene.

An excellent reputation for the food and service.

You will have a good attitude and work well within a stable team.

This position is available from the beginning of April.
