Job description: | I am looking for a head chef for a three star hotel situated in the beautiful village of Killin, 1 hour from Perth. You will be very hands on and manage the kitchen on a day to day basis this will include ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning and all health & hygiene. An excellent reputation for the food and service. You will have a good attitude and work well within a stable team. This position is available from the beginning of April. |
