Full-time chefs: | 2 plus part time commis ( full time commis during the main season) |
Accommodation: | Live out. Temporary accommodation can be provided for up to a month. |
Job description: | Knockomie is a well established 15 bedroom Inn, with an excellent reputation for food, drink and customer care. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef. This role may suit a Senior Sous Chef looking to take their 1st role as Head Chef. Duties include the completion of all paperwork, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, health and safety, stock control, menu planning and correct purchasing to achieve a target GP%. The position has a start date of mid to end of April. |
