Salary:£12 - £20 per hour negotiable depending on experience paid weekly.

Hours:To suit.  Minimum 30 hours per week.
Days:Varied as below
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Job description:

Altskeith is a stunning Scottish country house set within scenic landscapes in the Trossachs National Park, 1 hours drive from Glasgow and outskirts of  Edinburgh.   Situated only three miles from Aberfoyle.   

We are looking for an experienced chef to join our small team.
You will be motivated and have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef.
You will be required to come in 2 days prior to any functions and the function is on the 3rd day.
This position would suit anyone who is looking for part time work in a beautiful location. 
You will be responsible for catering to up to 120 guests for functions

We are able to offer a part time or full time position.  Starting mid March 2018 onwards until mid October 2018.  We also are able to offer a permanent, fixed term contract or casual position to suit.  

In October 2018 we will close to start work on building a brand new commercial kitchen.  We will re-open April 2019.  Anyone who is looking to make an impact and add their flair in a small team and build a name within the hospitality industry this may suit you.
