Job description: | Good Highland Food is a well established event catering company. We are based in Moy to the south of Inverness. Our work can be anywhere in Scotland. We are looking for a head chef to join our busy operation. We have work from Edinburgh up to Thurso. All prep is done at our headquarters in Moy, to the south of Inverness. Lots of Marquees. You will be highly organised and motivated. Cooking Weddings, Corporate Dinners, Lodge Catering etc Using local produce wherever possible. Very busy April to October. We are looking for a well organised chef with energy and passion for cooking good fresh food. Mainly week-ends, although work is starting to pick up during the week. There is a variety of challenging work and scope for creating new menus. No normal working week. You will have experience of event catering. Working closely with the owners there is lots of opportunity for input and to help develop the business further. |
