Job description:

Torrance Park Golf Club is a new and privately owned Golf Club House set amongst a growing housing estate.

With the awareness of the golf club growing in the surrounding are an ideal time for a head chef to come in and make there mark.

Part of a large housing development so scope to grow the business.

May suit existing head chef or sous chef looking to move up.

Working closely with the General Manager to develop the business.

Serving traditional fayre for golfers and also scope to have input into menus to develop menus and specials.

Good central location just north of Motherwell.

Responsible for all aspects of day to day running of the kitchen such as cooking, ordering, menu planning, staff rotas and all aspects of health and safety.

The position is available now for the right person.

Open 8am Saturday and Sunday through to 7.45pm last orders

During the week, 9am to 7.45pm
