Salary:£25,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience plus tips and bonus scheme based on gross profit and overall performance.

Days:5 days a week, Straight shifts.

Job description:

Chirnside Hall Hotel is a 10 bedroom hotel located in the Scottish borders close to Berwick upon tweed.

We are looking for a head chef to take over our kitchen from July.

We focus heavily on the quality of our food and covers can vary.

The breakfast chef covers the morning shifts allowing the head chef to focus on the dinners. The shifts start around 3pm and finish at 9pm.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic chef to put their own stamp on the kitchen.

The role would suit either a sous chef looking to create their own menus or an experienced head chef looking to work in a relaxed environment.

The position is available from the start of July.
