Job description: | I am recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for a privately owned hotel in the Highlands. You will run all aspects of the kitchen including ordering, stock control, kitchen hygiene & safety regulations, creating menus and rotas. Taking advantage of the local produce available. You will have a passion about your work and creative ideas when presenting tasty food to a very high standard. Ideally looking to gain a second rosette. Looking for someone who can run the kitchen at a highly professional level, value the customer and give them what they want. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with a proven track record. |
