Job description: | The Comrie Hotel is a small hotel situated in rural Perthshire. We are looking for a chef to join our stable and well established business who can have autonomy in the kitchen and input into menus. This is a good opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves using fresh, local produce within a 50 mile radius. You will have full control of the kitchen including health, safety, hygiene, ordering and stock control. We would consider a good junior chef who is looking to move up and take more responsibility in the kitchen. |
