Days:5 days a week - 2 days off together
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 20; Dinner: 40; Breakfast: 16; Functions: occasional
Food type:Cafe in daytime, bistro in evening
Full-time chefs:2 plus Kitchen Porter when busy
Accommodation:Live-in accommodation is available - own ensuite room onsite - £49 per week includes all bills including Wi-Fi
Job description:

The Comrie Hotel is a small hotel situated in rural Perthshire.

We are looking for a chef to join our stable and well established business who can have autonomy in the kitchen and input into menus.

This is a good opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves using fresh, local produce within a 50 mile radius.

You will have full control of the kitchen including health, safety, hygiene, ordering and stock control.

We would consider a good junior chef who is looking to move up and take more responsibility in the kitchen.
