Head Chef, (Relief) Inspired Hotels, Perthshire

Inspired Hotels is looking for an exceptional Relief Head Chef for our Inspired Signature restaurant located in Perthshire and Fife.

Inspired Hotels serves only the best of produce ensuring we are always exceeding our Customers’ expectations and consistently striving to be the best in our location. Our menus offer everything from good quality bar food to 1 rosette standard cuisine with a relaxed dining style and ambiance. As Head Chef you will be running a small rural kitchen. Inspired signature restaurants are an Inspired Hotels brand and operates with company menus and successful dish recipes. Inspired Signature restaurants have cuisine and menu meeting twice per year where you will be able to propose new dishes and recipes with cook off, full method and costing. Your kitchen Team will comprise of yourself, Sous Chef and KP/Commis Chef.

•Previous Head Chef experience.
•Good commercial awareness.
•A proven track record in consistent quality.
•High standards of eye for detail and presentation.
•Highly committed.
•Ability to build your team.
•Excellent people management skills with team spirit.
•Be fully flexible in your working approach.
•An ability to work under pressure.
•Must have basic food hygiene certification.
•Experienced with HACCP and todays mandatory food safety legislation.
•Food GP % and budget focused.
•Stock control and food costing experience is required.
•An ability to work to deadlines.
•References essential.
