Job description:

The Inn at Brough is a small 14 bedroom hotel situated near the village of Kirkby Steven.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our small but experienced team of chefs. We have just gained 1AA rosette but we are looking to gain further accolades.

You will be used to cooking good, clean flavours

You will be a good team player and preferably have rosette experience although it is not essential.

This position is available now for the right candidate.
