Job description: | Gleddoch House is a golf and spa hotel located close to Glasgow city centre. We are looking for a sous chef to join our team. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment over the next year and there will be lots of changes. You will be using all fresh ingredients as we will be pushing for accolades. We have all new equipment including most of the latest gadgets. We plan to have our own kitchen garden as well. We are looking for a strong and reliable chef who can see the bigger picture as the hotel goes through its transition. You will have input into menus and there is scope for career progression. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
