Job description: | Platform 1864 is a new venture located in the town of Tain, 40 miles from Inverness. We are looking for a sous chef to join our team. This is a great place to work as we have a brand new kitchen and we are aiming for awards and accolades. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team in an exciting busy new environment You will be a strong chef in all areas of the kitchen as you will be covering for the head chef on their days off an holidays. You must have a passion for food and be a strong team player. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
