Job description: | The Drouthy Cobbler is a bar and venue in central Elgin. We are looking for a sous chef to join our team. The successful applicant must be adaptable, hard working, enthusiastic with a passion for producing great food. Duties will include. To prepare cook and present food meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation in an efficient manner. To follow procedures and ensure that your work adheres to required standards at all times in particular Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Legislation.
