Job description:

I am looking for a chef for a family run restaurant eight miles south of Edinburgh.

We are looking for either a strong chef de partie or sous chef who can take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen during head chefs days off.

You will be able to work under pressure as it is a busy working environment.

Working straight shifts, either 10am to 8pm or 1200 to 8pm during the week.

You will be working alongside the head chef and 1 part time chef.

Ideally you will be a driver.
