Job description: | The Craigie Inn in South Ayrshire is being newly refurbished and will have a new kitchen in place when it opens shortly. We are looking for a good sous chef to work work alongside and cover for our head chef on his time off. Ideally you will have some pastry experience or the chef de partie will. This is a new start and the head chef who has a strong pedigree in some of Scotland's best known country house hotels is looking to build a new team of chefs. Working on all corners of the kitchen in a small team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a new venture from the start. Everything will be made freshly on the premises.
