Job description: | We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef for our three star Glasgow Pond Hotel with 137 bedrooms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing great food and enjoy leading a dedicated team of Chefs and Kitchen Porters of approximately 10 people. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is essential. This role will involve leading and managing the team effectively in the absence of the Head Chef.
