Salary:£19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience paid monthly plus tips. Time back in lieu for any extra days worked.

Job description:

Borthwick Castle is a 12 bedroom exclusive use venue situated 12 miles from Edinburgh city centre. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful 600 year old castle under an award winning Head chef.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our team. You will be reliable and flexible and will be required to run your own section in the kitchen.

You will have input into the kitchen and there will be lots of training and development.

Ideally you will be a driver.

We will be doing a range of functions from banqueting to tasting menus, each function will be bespoke.

This position is available from March for the right candidate.
