Job description:

Glengarry Castle Hotel is a 26 bedroom 3 star Country House located on a busy route between Fort William and Inverness.

We are well-established, privately owned and family run Hotel with a great reputation for our food and hospitality.

We are launching our new and exciting menus using the best local produce. Aiming for two rosettes.

You will cover for the Head Chef on his 2 days off and also cover for the Breakfast Chef on 2 days.

We are looking for you to be positive and creative with a can do attitude.

Must be fully fluent in English and available for interview and trial.

Position available 20th March to 6th November.
