Salary:£22,500 negotiable depending on experience paid monthly plus a share of the tips

Days:6 days out of 7 - straight shift with an hour break in the afternoon

Job description:

Chefs In Scotland is recruiting a sous chef for a 33 bedroom 3* hotel situated in the centre of Dunoon, 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Glasgow.

We are looking for a sous chef to join the team at the family-run hotel where you will receive lots of training. We have two kitchens and a head chef overseeing both of them and you will be in charge of the Scottish kitchen when they are on time off or in the other kitchen.

We provide health and safety courses and this would suit a chef who is keen to progress.

Very flexible regarding time off and happy to offer full blocks of time off in the winter season.

This position is available for an immediate start.
