Job description: | The West Loch Hotel dates from circa 1780, retaining many of its original features. This charming former Coaching Inn is now a modern hotel and restaurant offering fresh, distinctive, well-priced food along with comfortable rooms and wonderful views over West Loch Tarbert. We are looking for a sous chef to join our small, but stable team. You will be working in a busy kitchen with the freshest Scottish ingredients and a high food standard. We are looking for someone who will help us toward achieving our first Rosette and further accolades. You will be training with our head chef with the eventuality of taking over. You will get free parking and Wi-Fi. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
