| Job description: | The Waterside Hotel is a privately owned hotel with a great reputation for its food situated in Inverness. We are looking for an experienced part-time sous chef to join our team and take over from the head chef on their days off and also provide some holiday cover. We have a very well equipped kitchen and our brigade of 7 chefs use fresh ingredients and local suppliers wherever possible. We have both a busy all-day riverside restaurant and a bustling events food business with up to 30 weddings catered for per year. The successful applicant must have solid kitchen experience. This would suit someone looking for some extra work on their days off or someone who is looking to reduce their hours of work. |
