Job description: | Lamlash Bay Hotel is found on the lovely island of Arran in the Clyde Estuary within two hours of Glasgow. We are an 11 room family run hotel, with a great team of people in place. We are situated within ten minutes of Brodick the main town on Arran. We have a restaurant and bar and is well frequented by locals and tourists alike. We are looking for a full time live in sous chef to work alongside and cover for the head chef on time off. This position is seasonal until November. An exciting opportunity for either an existing sous chef or a chef de partie looking to move up. Lots of scope for input into menus and to be creative. |
