Job description: | The Lovat Loch Ness is a 28 bedroom, 4 star 3 AA Rosette award winning hotel situated in Fort Augustus, just 45 minutes to an hour from Inverness. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. You will have relevant current 2 AA Rosette experience. You will provide support and cover for the head chef. We make everything in house using the best of local produce. This position is available now. |
