Job description:

Cullen Bay Hotel is a privately owned 14 bedroom hotel situated in the charming town of Cullen in Moray.

We are looking for a sous chef to support our head chef.

Applicants must have experience in working in a very busy kitchen and be able to cook food from fresh to a high standard.

We are open to new ideas for menus..

Cullen has good amenities such as golfing and fishing and will suit a chef who likes the outdoors.

May suit a single chef or possibly a couple if both have relevant hotel experience

Stunning views over the Moray Coast so fresh produce on the doorstep.
