Salary:£20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience paid monthly with tips

Hours:up to 50 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:30 Bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: 20 to 40; Dinner: 40 to 80; Breakfast: to 60; Functions: to 80
Food type:Brasserie and fine dining
Full-time chefs:6 - 7 chef plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available cost negotiable including meals on duty
Job description:

The Glenmoriston Town House Hotel is privately own 4 star, hotel situated in Inverness City Centre.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team.

We are looking for someone who comes from a quality background. Could suit a strong chef de partie looking to move up.

Working in a quality large hotel with an excellent reputation for producing high quality food.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed chef, there is scope for promotion with in the hotel.
