Job description: | The Alyth Hotel is a 12 bedroom, 2* hotel situated 5 miles from Blairgowrie. We are looking for a sous chef who can work alongside and cover for our head chef on days off. Stable team in place. You will have input into menus and specials. This position would suit a strong chef de partie looking to take the next step in their career. Position is available now for the right candidate. |
