Hours:9-5 with occasional evening work
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 60; Functions: 50 occasional

Full-time chefs:1 out of season but help provided in season

Job description:

Scotland's only 5 star brewery visitor centre.

The centre is 10 minutes from Stromness near to Skara Bay village in the heart of Neolithic Orkney.

Primarily a daytime operation with menu featuring fresh local produce. Baking skills essential

Mix of hot and cold dishes to suit typical visitor centre clientele plus occasional evening event catering.

You will work on your own initially with help in season.

The position is available now for the next 8 months.
