Job description: | We are a small family run hotel in the heart of the Isle of Coll’s main village, Arinagour. The hotel has 6 ensuite bedrooms, 4 of which boast beautiful views over the bay and on to the Treshnish isles. We are the only bar on the island and one of two restaurants so applicants must be able to work well under pressure, specifically in the summer months. This job could be suitable for a Junior Sous or Chef de Partie looking to move up. |
