Job description:

We are a small family run hotel in the heart of the Isle of Coll’s main village, Arinagour. The hotel has 6 ensuite bedrooms, 4 of which boast beautiful views over the bay and on to the Treshnish isles. We are the only bar on the island and one of two restaurants so applicants must be able to work well under pressure, specifically in the summer months.
 
We are spoilt with fresh shellfish landed daily as we require and Coll reared lamb (Hebridean lamb when available). If we can’t get any of our produce from Coll we strive to obtain it from Argyll & the Isles. The majority of our salad & vegetables are also grown on the island and delivered regularly with fresh Coll eggs.
 
The job will require you to be able to support the head chef and be confident to lead our small team on his days off.

This job could be suitable for a Junior Sous or Chef de Partie looking to move up.
