Salary:£20,000+ negotiable depending on experience. Paid hourly plus share of tips.

Job description:

The Lovat is a Family owned hotel serving traditional Scottish food cooked from fresh. Serving the local community and a high number of Europeans during the season.

The Applicant must have a passion for food be hardworking and a good team player. He/She will be expected to stand in for head chef on days off etc. Be able to contribute to menu creation and all aspects of kitchen management. Appropriate Qualifications and experience are required.

This position would suit a strong Chef de Partie looking to take the next step up in their career.

Accommodation can be provided if required. If the applicant is relocating family to this part of the country a separate house would be available at favourable terms.
