Job description: | Greywalls in East Lothian is a Relais & Chateaux 5 Star Hotel, part of the Roux brand. We are looking for a Sous Chef from a quality background to join our team working in all corners of a quality kitchen. This is a great opportunity for career progression working for the Roux group. Working in a relaxed kitchen in a beautiful location with our own garden and close to the beach. Must be able to drive as public transport links are not the best.
